Remove a company from the Niue register
Where the Registrar of Companies is satisfied that a company should be removed from the register, he gives public notice of that intention. The public details about that company will remain visible on the register, but the current status of the company will show as 'Struck Off'.

When a company is removed from the register it is referred to as 'Struck Off'.
Reasons to close a company
A company may close for many reasons. A company might close once it has ceased trading or if it has become insolvent.
How to remove a company from the register
When a company is removed from the register it is listed as "Struck off". There are many ways for a company to be removed from the companies register including; formal removal, liquidation, by the Registrar for non-filing, amalgamation, migration.
