The Companies Act Commencement Regulations 2006 are made under section 348(1)(t) of the Companies Act 2006.
1. Title
These are the Companies Act Commencement Regulations 2006.
2. Commencement of Companies Act 2006
All the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 not already in force shall come into force on 1 August 2006.
