Company removal notice - 5 September 2008

I intend to remove the following companies from the Register under section 257 of the Companies Act 2006.  I am satisfied that these companies have ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for these companies to continue in existence.

• BLUE SKIES LIMITED
• NIUE FOREVER COMPANY LIMITED

Unless, under section 264 of the Companies Act 2006, written objection to removal of the above companies is delivered to the Registrar by 3 October 2008, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove these companies from the register.
