Annual returns due for companies incorporated in 2006

Companies incorporated in 2006 are required under section 124 of the Companies Act 2006 to file an Annual Return by 30 June 2007

Under section 124 of the Companies Act 2006, the directors of a company are required to file an Annual Return.

An Annual Return is an important document as it retains your status as a registered company. It confirms whether your company is active and makes sure key information is up-to-date and correct.

Failure to file an Annual Return may result in the Registrar of Companies forming the opinion that the company has ceased trading, and therefore starts the removal process.

Please take a moment to complete an Annual Return form for your company and once completed, file your Annual Return form, together with $45, with the Niue Companies Office:
