First Registrations with the Companies Office of Niue

First Day for Company Registrations at the Companies Office of Niue...

On Tuesday 1 August 2006 the first company registrations under the new Companies Act were submitted to the Companies Office of Niue.  On the left you can see Stafford Guest of Coral Gardens completing forms to present to the Companies Office staff to register Makapu Resort Limited.  Below Companies Office staff receive an application to register Niue Investment Properties Limited from presenter Fita Talagi.
