Start a Niue company
Making your application for incorporation involves completing paper forms and delivering them to us, here are the forms you will need.
Application for incorporation of company as required by Section 6, Companies Act 2006.
A separate consent form is required for each director being appointed. This consent of Director or Directors is the form required by Sections 6, 86, 88, 144 Companies Act 2006.
Update a Niue company
A variety of company details must be updated after a company is incorporated - including company addresses and director details along with changes in company name, share totals and the company's rules. Here are the forms you will need:
Use this form to apply to change the name of a Niue company.
Use this form when a Niue company has either adopted or altered its rules.
Notify the registrar of any change in the registered office address or postal address.
Use this form where your company is already incorporated and the company has issued new shares.
File this form when a company acquires its own shares under Section 31(3) Companies Act 2006.
File this form when shares have been redeemed by a company under Section 35(5) Companies Act 2006.
Use this form to give notice of director appointments or resignations, as well as changes to a director's name, residential address or postal address.
File an annual return for a Niue company
Your company must file an annual return to maintain its registration. Use this form to provide up-to-date details of your company.
Remove a Niue company
To remove a company from the Niue Register you must complete the following form and send it to the Registrar.
You must also attach written notice from the Financial Secretary stating that the Financial Secretary has no objection to the company being removed from the Niue register.
The applicant must also give public notice allowing for any objective to the removal to be lodged. If no objections are lodged the company is removed from the register.
