Updating company details

A Niue company is required to keep the company details held on the Niue Register of Companies up to date. This can be done easily with the right forms.

A range of information is held for each company on the Niue Register of Companies. These details (among others) can be:

  • details of each company director:
    • full name,
    • residential address and
    • date of appointment.
  • a number of addresses:
    • registered office and
    • postal¬†address.

As these details change, the changes must also be recorded on the register.

Changing these details is easy, just follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the appropriate forms
  2. Submit your documents by hand during normal business hours or through the post to the following address:
